Setting Goals for the New Year

That's right, we're about to turn the page to another year. Are you excited?! Are you fired up?! Are you in disbelief of how quickly 2021 went by?! I am all of the above but mostly in disbelief that we are approaching 2022 quite quickly and fired up for the next 12-months!
This is the time of year that I like to start dreaming, envisioning and planning my moves for the next year.
I encourage you to do the same. Take some time for stillness and solitude, close your eyes and envision where you want to be next year at this time. Who do you want to be with? Where do you want to be in regard to work, your financial situation, your relationships, your spirituality and your own health? Envision it all. Then I invite you to embody what it will feel like once you acquire all that you are envisioning - will you feel light? Vibrant? Energetic? I encourage you to fully embody all of those feelings and the vision you have. Hold onto that for a few days. When you have moments of silence, stillness and solitude, bring it back into the forefront of your mind. Has anything changed since the first moment you envisioned it? If so, incorporate those changes into your new vision and embodiment work.
I invite you to simply use this time to dream. In the next week or so, I'll support you in writing out the goals and then how to accomplish them.
It's a new year (soon), go again!
