“Ashley has helped me so much with my fitness and wellness goals. She was my coach for 6 months and then I did the 5 week program and am interested in the breath series. She is very compassionate and super skilled at helping you reach small attainable goals to reach your wellness goals. She provides the opportunity to go deeper to explore the emotional habits and triggers that keep us stuck in old patterns. By recognizing and building awareness of these emotional triggers, I find I am much more successful in creating new and healthier ways to managing them. For me this has enabled me to be more successful in becoming fit.
