Okay, I’ll be the first to admit, sometimes I just need a little snack to get me to my next meal. Here are my go-to quick and easy healthy snacks:

  • Cucumbers and hummus
  • Sliced apple with peanut butter or nut butter
  • Avocado with salt and pepper
  • Celery with peanut butter or nut butter
  • Hardboiled egg
